Every Tamusia brooch is handmade. In-stock pieces are packed in a gift box and dispatched from Georgia within 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed.

All international orders are shipped with tracking. The tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Delivery estimates do not include possible customs processing time in the destination country; any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us at info@tamusia.com within 14 days of receiving the order. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Custom and made-to-order pieces created to your specification cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it. If a tracked parcel is lost in transit, we will resend the item or refund the order in full.

We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to fulfill your order.
We never see or store your card details. When online card payment is enabled, payments are processed securely by the bank (TBC / Bank of Georgia) on their own payment pages.
Order information is kept for as long as required by Georgian tax and accounting legislation. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@tamusia.com.
